HIGHTIDE

Stage TBC - Saturday Night

HighTide hails from the rugged and breathtaking Maharees peninsula in West Kerry but are fondly known across Dingle, Killarney, and the surrounding islands. Anchored by the spirited Tadhg Scanlon on banjo, Michael Scanlon on box, and the charismatic William Goodwin leading with guitar and vocals, they bring the pulse of Kerry's coastline to every stage.

Their setlists draw deep from modern trad while getting a boost from surprise influences — think The Dubliners’ soulful storytelling, The Wolfe Tones’ rallying spirit, Christy Moore’s poetic heart, spiced up with flashes of Ed Sheeran.

A recent highlight for the band has been their clutch performances at Electric Picnic 2023 and 2024 — moments where their energy, charm, and musical prowess made a standout impression on one of Ireland’s biggest festival stages.

With Full Moon Rising on the horizon in Kilmeedy, audiences can expect the same electrifying atmosphere they’re known for — uplifting, unforgettable, and brimming with local spirit.
